Breeze Airways does not charge cancellation fees. You can easily adjust flights using the Breeze app, and the airline prides itself on a customer-friendly approach.

Breeze Airways exclusively sells non-refundable tickets; however, reimbursement options are available depending on the circumstances. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least seven days before departure. After this 24-hour window, the compensation for cancellations comes in the form of BreezePoints, which are credit points that can be used for future flights.

If Breeze Airways cancels your flight, you’re entitled to a full refund. Additionally, if your flight is significantly delayed, you may also be entitled to a refund. Delays over 2 hours allow you to change your flight date at no extra cost, and delays exceeding 3 hours give you the option to cancel your flight for a full refund to your original payment method.

To cancel a flight with Breeze Airways, you can take the following steps:

Online: Sign in to the “My Trips” section on the Breeze website, find your reservation, and select “Cancel” to receive your refund as BreezePoints.
