Breeze Airways has a cancellation policy that varies depending on the fare type you purchase. For the “Nice” fare, cancellations are allowed, but the refund is provided in the form of BreezePoints, which can be used for future travel. A cancellation fee may apply, and no refund is issued for optional services like seat selection or baggage fees. The “Nicer” and “Nicest” fares offer more flexibility, allowing for cancellations with fewer penalties, but refunds are still issued as BreezePoints. If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking, you can get a full refund with no fees, provided the flight is at least 7 days away. For the “No Flex” fare, cancellations are subject to a tiered refund system, with larger refunds the further out you cancel, but no refund is offered if canceled within 1 hour of departure. If Breeze cancels a flight, you are entitled to a full refund or can rebook on the next available flight. Cancellations must be made through the Breeze Airways website, app, or customer support. Note that ancillary services like baggage and seat selection fees are non-refundable.
